Im having troube in creating new fences and resizing existing ones since I got new laptop.
My current Fence version is 3.0.9.11 and if I try to check for update version, it says it is the latest.
Do you have any suggestion/support for having this issue solved?

...I also have to add that it is even not possible to move in other position of the desktop the existing fences

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Check and see if your Fences are Locked if so UnLock ( un check )
Right Click on your desktop to View

My bad... sorry I totally forgot such settings (probably because i did not chaged it since 3 years and now with new laptop...it was like a default.)
