Hello,
Not really sure, but let me try the answer.

A) You can create a layout and save snapshot of each config. One for dual monitor and another one for 1 TV. And do the restore snapshot when ever you switch setting. from dual monitor to 1 tv or vice versa. You just need to arrange those fences once on each setting and save the snapshot each setting.

  1. not really sure what you mean by that.
  2. also not very sure.
  3. you can create secondary desktop page and hide those you don't want to appear there.
  4. allow navigation only available on Portal Fences. If you turn it on. When you double click on a folder icons, that folder will be open in that portal itself. If you disable it, File explorer will be open pointing at that folder instead.
