Fences on the wrong monitor

I am on Fences 2 and then downloaded a trial of Fences 3. I have a 4 monitor set-up and configured Fences 3 with about 50 fences onto the main monitor. It was fine. After the trial expired, I noted that the configuration has reverted to the "old Fences 2". Anyway, I purchased Fences 3 today, put in the activation code, re-started, but to my great dismay , the new Fences 3 layout did not show up. The "About" tab shows Version 3.0.9.11 is loaded. When I looked at the "Lay-out & Snapping" tab , the lay-outs were from the old Fences 2. Please advise how to fix this problem "immediately" because I do not want to re-construct my new Fences 3 icons. The reason I upgraded to Ver 3 is because Ver 2 was unstable... the fences move randomly on my 4 monitors and I get tired performing automatic lay-out frequently. I may have to cancel this purchase and revert back to my old Fences 2.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on Fences 2. But does Fences 2 have save snapshot like Fences 3 does? If you can, please save/backup snapshot of your current layout. Than proceed to do the purge and reinstall steps : Please use the steps mentioned here :
