Start10 shortcuts called "App"

Hi everyone,

After years of using Start10 I am experiencing a problem.
A couple of days ago I reinstalled Windows 10 because we got a new pc.

Installed and configured everything as I always have, including making an account for my girlfriend.

But now the problem is, as you can see on the attached screenshot, that non-standard windows apps stored in the "recent used apps list" all have an standard icon and are called "App".
I checked things like Standard/admin account and followed a tutorial that is supposed to refresh the icons on a second account but to no avail.

What else can I do to fix this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version again from your account, reinstall that version, reboot and retest it. Report back here.
