Fences working bad with wallpaper engine

When I want to do fences transparent with wallpaper engine it displays my primary windows wallpaper pic 1, 2.

It is ok, I thout. BUT! When I doing fenses window opaque and I am trying to expand fenses's window (clicking on border of fences) I am getting that result, what I wanted, lol BUUUUUUUUUUUUUT! After five minutes or when I am updating that folder, what I have on my monitor it becomes opaque. pic 3, 4.
