Positioning problem causes fences not to roll down near task bar

My fences normally roll up and down as advertised.  Now that I'm on Windows 10, however, each change between using my notebook screen and a monitor causes fences at the bottom of the screen to undock from the lower edge i.e they are slightly too high or low and won't automatically scroll unless I manually move them to re-dock at the task bar.  Is this a known Win 10 issue?  Any way to fix?

Thanks for your quick reply, however: 1) I do not see a link to a guide in your message, and 2) I suspect we won't find anything in the guide regarding a software bug.  Please reread my message.  I've been rolling fences up and down for years.  But these fences become un-docked on their own, every time I switch monitors.

Thx.
