Start10 Activation Woes

I recently reinstalled windows 10 Pro from scratch (Version 1903, build 18362.418).  When I download a copy of Start10 from the Stardock website and run it, it seems to install fine.  After a reboot I get the following message: "This product is not activated on this computer.  Would you like to unistall this product?"

 

What is this and how can I activate Start10?  What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall after the purge reboot. Reboot again after the install. Retest if you can activate it now. Report back.
