Try to download themes with wincustomize browser and download fails everytime

texasmike...If you are not a subscriber or have not purchased Stardock software, I believe you have a 50mb download limit.

If you click your username you can see how much you have downloaded

Yeah I am a subscriber and also way under 50 mbyte limit., kind of lost?

Try right clicking on the download and select save target as. This works for me everytime.

He's using the Browser...doesn't have a limit. Exactly what error message is it giving you?

on download progress thing it just says, failed

Open the view menu, choose settings, click on the advanced tab, and choose a folder you would like your downloads saved to.

Try going to site thru IE https://www.wincustomize.com/ and see if it does the same thing. If it works ok then it's something in your Skinbrowser. If it doesn't work jump on Stardock IRC and see if someone can help. It's probably something with your account......

I am using xp with wb 4.1 and oyther stuff should I save them in a different folder or what?
it has a location listed C:\PROGRA~1\STARDOCK\WINCUS~1\SKINBR~1\Download should I change that?

Check and see if that folder exists on your hard drive using Windows Explorer. If it does not then you need to either create it using Explorer or choose another file in your Wincustomize settings.

Thanks guys the whole folder was missing so I just redownloaded browser and walla it works, thanks again
