Upon initial boot up Fences refuses to load properly. Icons clutter the screen but do not go to the Fences subdirectories which is followed by Green Screen Stop Code IRQL Not less or equal. This has happened over and over again with my booting to Safe Mode then rebooting back to normal which occasionally clears the problem but not always. I am beginning to believe that this version of Fences may NOT be stable. Have removed and reloaded Fences which did NOT solve the problem. Any thoughts/fix would be appreciated, long time user of Fences and other Stardock software

I have used the same version since the day it came out and had zero issues. Check your drivers and keep in mind, sometimes those driver changes mess up the settings (especially with AMD Radeons) when the screens have to re-detect. It is easier to remove all profiles and start from scratch than it is to try to "fix" the issue caused by the AMD drivers.
I have an NVIDIA card now and never have any of those issues.
Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried the purge and reinstall steps? https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
And its best to install Fences in its default directory.
Thank you,
