Icon restore on multiple monitors not working

Hi.  I've got a three monitor setup and everytime resolutions change, such as when the graphic driver updates of I play a low res game, my icons keep getting messed up.  I've tried using all the different preserve settings but nothing seems to get me back to where I want to.  I've tried taking snapshots and restoring with the same problem.

I then tried to use a different tool (DisplayFusion) to save and restore icons.  Without Fences it works perfectly, but obsiously I want Fences.  When I enable fences, and restore icons with DisplayFusion, a few seconds later the icon layout revert to the messed up position.  Is there a way I can disable Fences from doing this, or alternatively get Fences to work ?
