I have the pro version but it won't allow me to have more than one controlling PC

As I understand it, the reason I'm paying extra is to have more than one PC as Primary.  How come when I went to activate my 2nd PC is said I was not allowed without deactivating the other one?

OK, so I need a refund because I see absolutely no difference between KVM (which I had already bought and the Pro.  The Pro CLEARLY says  it is a 9 PC KVM. as in the equivalent of 9 licences.

There is ZERO benefit to the Pro and so you have tricked me into wasting $99 when I could have just bought another license at $39 and been cheaper.  I bought the Pro because it insinuated that it was 9 licenses for $99.

Let me know how to get my money back.

Not so.  Pro allows for connecting to 8 KVM remotes at one time - KVM only allows for 1.

That said, I have refunded the purchase.

So I might have requested the refund too soon.  You are saying that KVM only connects to up to 9 KMs which cost $20 each and KVM Pro connects to 9 other KVMs.  Is that correct?

So if I wanted to connect to 6 systems (my primary connecting to 5 other PCs) I'd either need KVM at $49 + 5 KMs at $20 each for a total of $149  or I'd need 1 KVM Pro for $99 and under both scenarios only one computer can be primary which talks to the secondaries.

If I want 2 Primaries that can connect to the remaining 5 Pcs (one of which is a primary) I would need 2 licenses for KVM Pro for $99/each for a total $198 which allows me to physically change locations and have access to the 5 PCs plus the primary at the other location?

Would I have to remember to switch the other primary to secondary before leaving for the other location in order to connect to it or could I connect to the other Primary using my 2nd licensed primary as a different location?

Eight Secondaries (the 9 includes the Primary), yes.

Much of what you are asking depends on how you are connecting, KVM (remote to another PC) or Seamless (you can see the Secondary's monitors).

KVM Seamless = 9 (Primary + 8 Secondaries).

KVM Remote = 1 concurrent remote connection.

KVM Pro Seamless = 9 (Primary + 8 Secondaries).

KVM Pro Remote = 8 concurrent remote connections.

Again, one Primary per license.
