Fences switching monitors

Greetings.

Is anyone else experiencing this? My Fence folders switch monitors whenever I reboot. Even when I take a snapshot of my preferred layout, I restore it and it is backward. This started happening about a month ago. It is very annoying as I have had great luck with Fences for many years now and always recommend it to my friends to use.

I am using Fences 3, for Windows 10 Pro. I have a newer Dell Precision 7720 with an NVIDIA Quadro P4000 graphics card. I am using a Dell Thunderbolt Controller to manage the docking and two monitor configuration. Fences worked great for a few months with this configuration.
