I can’t pin more than 20 items to start10 start menu

hello, I’ve had this product from Stardock since its inception. Ive configured it to allocate enough space for at least 22 items. However, every time I pin a new item to the list, it knocks out one of the old items. Whatever I do, it seems to only allow 20 pins at any given time. Please help. Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It can be done. I add upto 22 on my system, I can add more if you want. Just make sure to turn on and add the the columns which will add space horizontally.
