bug in menu attaching sticky note, links not working Had to open new ticket

hello 

(sorry, i had to open new ticket because being a new user i cant post more than 3 comments)

I attached sticky notes from windows 10 to the app menu, but the small triangle arrow next to it on the menu showing the option "new sticky" etc - they dont work, so the link to these are buggy. How to fix this? (same problem occurs with edge and possibly other apps as well)
