Fences not being created

I am trying to create a new fence and when I left-click and drag, it appears to be created but nothing happens. I also note that default-created fences can not be dragged or resized. I assume these issues are inter-related.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You might have locked your Fences. You can unlock it by : right click anywhere on the desktop -> View -> un-tick "Lock Fences"
