Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Please make sure to download again the Fences installer from your account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Make sure to reboot after the purge and reinstall using the new installer you just download. Reboot again after the installer finished. Retest and report back here.
