I can’t transfer the file to the fence, in Fences what should I do? When moving a file to a fence, it appears not in the fence but on the desktop

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers
2) Fences version.
3) Elaborate more on the problem. When you said you "can't transfer the file to the fence". You mean the files/icon on your desktop into the fence? or Portal Fence?
4) Did you, by any chance Locked your Fences? (Right Click on desktop ->View->Lock Fences)

Yes, I meant the desktop icon in the fence. No, the fences are not blocked. I'll try reinstalling the program.
