Can't launch program and can't purge

Hi all,

I have installed the trial and verified my email but the program pops up telling me the trial has expired. So unless it's a 30 second not day trial something is wrong there. I wanted to try the fences_purge.bat and reinstall but the link appears dead to me.

Any ideas?

Hi Basj,

I have tried Chrome, Edge and Explorer with the same result. I can resolve sd.stardock.com to 143.59.6.195 can anyone paste the content of bat file for me or put a copy on paste bin or into google drive etc.?

BTW, you can try downloading it from any other computer. I've just ask Mike(Azdude) to test the link and the link work perfectly for him too.

All devices (PC/Tab/IoT either Windows/Android/Debian/Arduino) on either wifi or LAN, on the inside interface of my router, could not access that file. There is no explicit deny rule my side however my ISP is EE UK. 

I used LTE on 4G EE, from a cellular device to download the file. Transferred it to OnDrive then pulled it to desktop and followed the instructions on the page you supplied/I had been previously following https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Yes, I was able to start the trial albeit with 28 days left. But that is ample to evaluate the product for my needs.
