I cannot make any new fances

I have been using Fence 3 sent 2017.  I have several fences on my desktop, and they all are working well.  I was trying to add a new fence to my desktop, and I could not get it to work.  The old fences are all working fine.  I can add icons remove icons to them change their names were moving them around in the desktop all with no issues.

I thought my version might be too old so I upgraded to 3.09 hoping this would fix the issue, but it has not

 

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.  Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Install that version, reboot and retest. Report back here.
