Hello,
Sorry to hear you having issue. Please try these steps :
Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.
%ProgramData%\Stardock\
In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named Start10. Please delete this folder and all of its contents.
After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.
Thanks

I didn't say I was getting any errors. I stated that every couple of days I am prompted to enter the activation code. I enter the code, all is well for a few days and then I get prompted again. How do I stop this?
Did you tried as suggested. That should stop the problem.
Thanks

Yes.... it did NOT fix the issue. Why am I continually getting prompted to re-activate Start10 upon computer boot up?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
After you activate, you should have a License.sig here:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start10
When it asks you to activate again, is it still there or is it gone?
If the latter, check to make sure your AV app is not quarantined it...

I was just prompted again to activate the software. Prior to activating this time I checked C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start10 and it was empty. Once I entered my activation code again 2 files appeared in that folder: cache.dat and License.sig
As I had detailed it would, yes. What we need to find out is what is removing the sig. I suspect it is your AV app - you may want to check what files it has quarantined.

I fixed it. Apparently the latest version of Auslogics11 was removing the files whenever I scanned my computer. I added C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start10 to the ignore list and have not had any issues.
Glad to hear you worked it out.
