One of my Fences disappeared

Last night after a reboot, I found that I lost one of my Fences. Of course, this one was my most used important Fence. Is there any way to recover that Fence?

OS is Windows 10 PRO

I was able to restore via the Snapshot feature.

I wonder why and how the Fence disappeared in the first place.
