Not working anymore

All of a sudden my deskcapes 10 on windows 10 has stopt working.. I can't load a dream. It says no codes but all codes are there.. And it always worked..i can load pictures but no animated dreams.. It just freezes.. Tried to purge.. Uninstall and reinstall. Nothing worked?

Plzzzz help.. Don't wanna go back to boring static wallpapers...

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full version numbers

i removed windows and installed a new version...its working fine now......must have been a glitch in my windows..i hope....
