1 Fence stays on top of all other Windows

Had Fences for YEARS now, this is first issue and out of the blue

I'm not sure why this fence started doing this. Even if I play a movie in full screen, the fence stays on top. Only that one fence. I have to completely hide all fences to watch a show of get to a folder that it covers.
