Stay, Icon, Stay

Icon won't stay at the place in the fence that I place it.

When I add a new icon or link to my desktop and then try to place it in a fence, it goes wherever it chooses. Any effort to move it to the space I want it e.g. group like topics together (specific Airlines) within a more general fence (Travel) is met with resistance. The lock feature is off. Any other ideas?

You don't lose them , you can restore back to one of your snapshots ..

you maintain your snapshots even when Purging .

AzDude, I did what you recommended. (I'm not the brightest star in the computer heavens, so it took me a long time to uninstall and restore). No change in my ability to move icons where I want them within the fences. I can move them up, but not down - so I guess that is some improvement. Not sure if "the juice is worth the squeeze" at this point, but I do appreciate your help.
