I've been using fences for quite a few years now and never had any issues, suddenly when I boot up my machine the shortcuts no longer remain in the fences boxes, I have to constantly drag them back in, anyone experiencing this issue?

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reinstall that and reboot after it. Retest and report back.
