Desktop freeze when click "show desktop" in right-down corner of screen

 

Tried Purge and re-install with latest version, but couldn't do clean boot as it's company laptop.

While clicking "show desktop" in right-down corner, desktop will freeze for seconds and then being blank for another seconds.

After repeat above several times, a message will popup and disable Fences (see below screen shoot). 

100% reproducible and everything fine after remove Fences.

Any suggestion for above problem? Thanks.

Almost without exception, when we see this, it's that one is running Websense / Forcepoint software - is that the case here?  If so, there is no known workaround for how that product restricts Fences from working properly.

Thanks for the feedback.

Please be noted I had used Fences 2 on Win7 for more than 5 years with ForcePoint installed and w/o any issue.

Why it is a problem now?

If that is a known issue, would you add a notice before end user purchase Fecens on the same scenario?

If that is a compatible issue, can I refund Fences 3.0?

Eventually, 2.0 worked perfectly on Win7 with Forcepoint but not work on Win10.
