windows 10 fences freezes

I have asked for help twice on this forum, and nobody has been able to help with the issue.

The last communication I got, was that technical support will help me, but it has been over a week, and I have two copies of fences 3.0.9 that are useless to me.

If I dont get help soon, I shall be requiring a refund.

Sorry you are having issues , but as you see above Stardock Support is on Summer Vacation

Sorry, no difference. As soon as I click on the fences hamburger menu it freezes.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would like to know more on the issues stating that the 3 bar menu click causing Fences to hang? Could you help us by telling us.

1) Windows Versions numbers : Please use Winver.exe for full version number.

2) Fences versions.

Are you in a corporate environment?  If so, is WebSense / Forcepoint being used?  If so, there is a known issue with PCs running that software that will prevent Fences from working properly.
