.RESP file

The File .RESP is not an option

Hi All,

I suspect that my laptop has the installtion port blocked to communicate with the server to activate the key and because of this I do not get the option to activate the key offline / generate .RESP file.

Below is a screenshot of what I get.

Notice that next to the "Back" option is empty without any available option to download any ,RESP file.

Any ideas how I can get that file to install fences?

I do have a product key and do have a username and password from stardock.

Thanks,

I have tried to follow the steps you mentioned above but I do not get the "Save activation request" to save the file. You can see this from the screen shot I posted on my original post. I get the "Back" option but not the "Save activation request"  and therefore, I cant activate the account offline.

Do you know if there's a way to get the activation request file a different way?

Thanks,

Sorry for the trouble.

Thank you!
End of Cduenas's quote

Do a search on your PC for 'Internet Options'.  Set every tab (where you can) to the 'default' settings or 'reset' them.  See if the option is there then.

Hi there,

Thank you for your support. The option still doesnt show up. I tried both ways setting everything to default and reseting them as well and no luck.

If you use your arrow keys on your keyboard, or tab, are you able to get to the spot where it should be?

So I can enter the product key, my email address and press enter to get it send to the server. I just dont get the “save activation request” to get the .Resp file to activate the license offline.

Nevermind.  I was skipping a step, which was to go online to get the .resp file after the .req file is created.

License is active. its all good!.

Thanks,
