Copy Fences & Start 10 setup to another pc

Hi there!

I've recently formatted my laptop, and I have already installed Fences & Start 10 again. Now I have to customize it again, and I'm asking this because maybe I can jump this step. I have Fences and Start 10 also installad in my pc, can I just copy the setup to the laptop? If the answer is yes, how can I do it? I want exactly the same custom setup in both, that's why a simple copy-paste of the needed files would be awesome!

I don't want to copy which files are asigned to each fence (as I have different files on the laptop), just wanna copy the fences setup.

Ps: I don't know if it matters, but while my copy of Fences is a standard one, my copy of Start 10 is a steam one.

Hello,

You could copy a backup to the new laptop but you would

have to have ALL the same icons (shortcuts) loaded on the New laptop desktop

for that to work .

Thanks! It kinda worked.

I took a snapshot on my laptop; then I moved all my desktop icons and files to a folder (not in the desktop), and then took another snapshot.

I moved the backup files of the second snapshot to my laptop, and though it didn't respect everything, most of the work is done!!

Finally, I've just moved the original icons & files of the pc to the desktop and restored the first snapshot.

Not the ideal but hey, it has worked, so thanks a lot!!

Now I'm trying to do the same with Start 10; I've searched for the equivalent folder (users/username/roaming/etc) but I don't see any folder named "back up", any idea? Thanks!

Mmm, this time I've failed, I've tried to follow the tutorial but I think I don't understand exactly what I was supposed to do... anyway, I've finally opened the laptop and the pc and copied manually the parameters from one to another.
