Stuttering background

Hello, i'm still in a trial version but i have this problem with Deskscapes10 for Windows10: Every background i choose stutters constantly. Running Windows10 with the latest updates, 32 gigs of memory, used memory 19 to 21%. Videocard: Geforce  GTX1660with the latest Nvidia drivers 27-5-19, maybe there something else that's causing it, i really have no clue, please someone help me.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try adjusting your settings in the DS10 app as shown below

there are 2 Direct show options try the last one for VMR-9 or EVR if needed

Then Reboot and test and report back here .

If you still have an issue try updating your codecs https://codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

Reboot test and report back here , please.

Oh, yeah...i use K-lite codec pack full, using the latest version. I changed some settings and it seems to be the latest setting i did. That seems

to be working. Cleared the extracted files folder. Running it now for 10 minutes and no stuttering anymore, at least so far i know. Clear cache

and files folder seems to be more often an issue in Windows and sometimes those are really big.
