Fence disappeared, now I have no recycle bin.

Hi,

One of my fences has disappeared from my setup.  The recycle bin was included in that fence.  I have turned off the pages and quick hide features but that did not resolve the issue.  If I do an auto configure, the recycle bin appears, but half of my fences are missing.  I can also see the recycle bin in the initial setup snapshot, which is also missing a few fences.   Has anyone else come across this?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
