Fences – Icons Rearranging after Full Screen

Hello,

So after I get out of a PC game in full screen my icons rearrange in my fences. My windows desktop resolution is 3840×2160 (4K), and when I'm in full screen in my game it's at 2560×1440. I think the changing of resolutions is what's causing it but I really don't know at this point. I've tried so many things to troubleshoot this issue, but it continues to happen.  Please help!

Does anyone have any ideas to resolve this issue? I'm out of options on my end.
