validate key

I have tried for hours to validate and enter my Key which I purchased for Fences with no success. I love the program but cannot figure out why they have made it so difficult to input a key.. I have the key but the program will not  activate it. I have downloaded again but that did not help.. I am 88 years old but pretty computer savvy but I am stumped.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Check you browser and shut down any Ad Blocker or Security program

and try again .

Also try a few different browsers if needed .

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I do not see any failed attempts here so it would seem you are having trouble prior to it doing so.

Tell me at what point it is failing for you - what error you get or what is not working.

When I enter my product key, the  "Activate" does not pop up. Its just blank as it was before I entered my key

Sir , I tried all that and still no activation .. In fact it is now saying that my key is invalid. I have come to the conclusion that you are the problem not me and if the issue is not corrected I will request  a refund of my $9.99.  Thank you

Cap,

You do not need to register your key on our site, just in the app.

I am going to create a ticket for you, send you a file, I need you to run it - it will activate the app if its installed.
