How do you make a folder shortcut with Object Dock??

Create a new object on the dock. Go to its dock properties.

Now, either for the link value, enter the folder name, like C:\program files for the link field and leave the arguments field blank

Or

specify explorer.exe as the link value, and put the folder name in the arguments field

There may be another way, but this works for me..........

Right click Dock icon, select Dock Item Properties.........
"LINK" = explorer.exe
"ARGUMENTS" = c:\Program Files   (for example)

Hey all, I did this but how do you open Multiple instances of something? For example, my Internet Explorer won't open another copy and I'm not sure wtf is goin on.. any ideas?

go to dock settings/ dock contents and uncheck the don't run multiple instances of programs radio button. That works for me
