Turn off Crash Reporting

My work computer has enterprise software installed that blocks any connectivity to cloud-based services, such as Dropbox. Fences keeps attempting to make some kind of connection to a Crash Reporting file at dl.dropbox. I get an error message from the enterprise-application about every 10 minutes, and I'm concerned this connection attempt keeps getting logged.

Is there a way I can turn this Crash Reporting off in the Registry? I see a ReportState under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Fences that is currently set at '2'

Any ideas?
