Fences 3 Resolution Bug?

I've been using Fences 3 for a while now and I haven't had any problems with it, but I recently played a game that forced my resolution to change and I immediately noticed that all my application shortcuts were shuffled around in different places, I'm pretty sure it's an issue with the resolution change because if I manually change my resolution, Fences will automatically adjust the fence size, but when I change my resolution back to the original resolution it automatically adjusts once again but for some reason it just throws my shortcuts around into random places. The shortcuts DO stay in the proper fence that they were originally placed in and they never randomly swap to other fences, they just randomly shuffle around in the same fence. I found that a simple fix is the just backup my fences and restore a backup from before it shuffled my shortcuts, but that method is just extremely inconvenient because sometimes I forget to make a backup and even automatic backups sometimes occur AFTER my shortcuts got jumbled so I have to go to a backup from several days ago. It would be amazing if fences saved the shortcut locations on a per-resolution basis, so when you switch resolutions back and forth, it places each shortcut exactly where it was for the default resolution.
