Bug With Fences and Mouse Movement?

I'm running windows 10 with all the latest updates and have bought the Object Desktop package. I've been using Fences and Start8 for a few months and have been noticing a strange feel to mouse movement. I'm also a gamer who plays FPS games and the last few months have noticed an inability to aim properly in the games I play. I've been using MarkC's windows mouse fix for years to get true 1-to-1 mouse movement in windows and it has always worked until recent months.

Today I decided to load up mouse movement recorder, an application that shows your mouse movement values and shows when there is acceleration). I was seeing acceleration now and then while moving my mouse cursor around the desktop then at times noticing it a lot more. I then noticed I was getting much more acceleration as my cursor skimmed over fences then would randomly get a lot more just moving the mouse around on empty desktop space. Sometimes it would completely disappear then return but it seems hovering over fences is triggering the acceleration somehow not just when over a fence but also when you go back to mousing over empty space and regular icons.

I have now uninstalled fences and the acceleration is completely gone and mouse movement feels great again. I am glad I have found the cause as it has been annoying me for ages now but I do want to continue using fences as I like it a lot as well as having paid for it but will be unable to unless this is fixed.

Mouse movement recorder can be found packaged with the MarkC mouse fix here http://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.com/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html

While looking over a fence by hauling the parchment bar with mouse left snap, symbols render parts that ought to be covered up. This isn't the main situation when it occurs, as i've seen this issue a considerable amount with simply ordinary wheel looking over, likewise the illustration is revived when you disregard the cursor a symbol, so that may trigger the issue too.
