Re-Installing START 10

I keep getting this error everytime I try to reinstall Start10

"setup can not create the following folder c:\users\public\documents\start10\round7"

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot again Test and report back here please.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version, please use winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) You are trying to re-install Start10 version no?
