Hello,

I followed your instructions. The problem persists. 

The >use WindowBlinds button< bar does not open. The >pick image< and >down arrow< buttons are grayed out.

Hello,

If you have Windowblind installed you will need to turn on "Always use the OS start button". Only than you can change Start10 Start buttons.
