Once upon a time, in the world of customization there was a professional site that named "WinCustomize". That days you can find a lot of complete suite of skins contains: windowblinds, desktopX, iconPackager, wallpaper, logons and … But nowadays I think all the skinners fall asleep, so please wake up and working again!

You have to understand that skinners are no machines. The summer season is coming up, so a lot skinners have vacations. And like c242 says, it doesn't look like the number of new skins is decreasing.

I heard a really funny story last night that basically said that skinners are people with real lives, and they don't spend 24hrs a day chained to a PC making skins for other people.
And the moral of the story, apparently, was that if you want skins really badly, make them yourself.

Wether that's all true or not, I don't know, as it was a great big green rabbit, wearing a Tuxedo that told me it.
