Could I change my fence store location?

I have 3 fences in my desktop. Programs, docs, and folders. docs and folders are important for me, it's all my working stuff. So I wanna store it different than C, its easy to reinstall os. I didn't find a way to customize fence store location. I used folder portals to achieve my goal, but it cannot use like fence, without automatically arrangement function.

Could I change my fence store location to d:\desktop_stor ?
