reinstall

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version reboot .

Now check and report back here , please.

Ran the bat before I posted the error. Rebooted and tried to install 1.7. Tried again shows the same 2026  error.

Tried one more time. Ran the bat file as admin.  Tried to reinstall 1.70 as admin. Still shows users/public/documents/stardock/round7/bottomleft.png error. A decompression error has occurred (# 2026)

 This all started after I clicked to update to  1.70. After the update the desktop reverted to 8/10 instead of the 7 I had it set to before the upgrade.  Would not change to windows 7 style. 

Tried to uninstall then reinstall and it keeps showing the error listed above.

I tried to install start10 1.70 again. This time a bit defender warning displayed. I set bit defender to allow the update.

Start 10 is now installed and working correctly.
