Unable to activate new license

I purchased Start10 and I received an e-mail with my information.  It does not show up under my "My Downloads".  It does show up in my order history.  When I try to activate it I get the following message:

"Email address is not valid for the product key."

If I try to use the account activation method I get this error message:

"Start10 is not associated with this account."

It appears that somewhere along the way I mis-typed the e-mail address.  The e-mail that shows up under logon and the e-mail address that shows up in the CSV file is different.  The one that shows up on the logon tab and the one that was used to send me e-mails is the same.  The csv file is different.

To complicate it I changed my e-mail address because I thought that was the problem.  The new e-mail address allows me to logon, but it doesn't display under the login tab or allow me to activate.

I was able to activate using the e-mail address that shows up in the CSV file.

It appears that I now have three email addresses.

1. Original

2. One I changed it to

3. The one in the CSV file

I have a number of Start 10 keys, enough for my two computers. One of my computers crashed and I have to reinstall everything. Problem is, I don't remember which key is on the working computer, and which key was on the crashed computer. Since the crashed computer's star 10 program and info is no longer available I am unable to deactivate it. So what do I do now.

P.S. referring this to the support people is an extra step. I don't like this self help stuff. Almost makes me want not to buy any other products. Especially since my previous e-mail request was ignored.

So how do I determine what the product key is on the working computer so I can use the other one that shows up on my list of purchased product keys?

Each key will have a PCName as shown in the image:

Find the key that has the PCName of the dead PC and deactivate it.
