Installing Update

From the product key retrieval page I downloaded Fences 3.0.8.1 and installed it ok.

However when I started Fences I received a note saying that there was an update available.

I downloaded this update but on trying to install it I received the following two messages
Then the installer closes.

I am not running any uninstall software therefor I do not understand the messages.

I have also tried installing fences in Safe Mode with the same results.

Can anyone help ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as follow : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Install it. Reboot and retest.
