Start10

I have installed Start8 and Start10 on around 6 computers of mine and others, all with Win 8 Pro or 10 Pro installed, over the last few years and had no troubles at all with the process.

Now I'm having a very frustrating time trying to activate Start10 on a friend's laptop with Win 10 Pro installed. 

I get the label to activate with a product key and email, fill it in as required, then I'm stuck.

There is no activate button to click at the bottom, as there should be, so I can't get any further. 

Can anyone help me with this, please? 

I've tried sending to support but just get directed to this forum.

No luck with those two I'm afraid.

I couldn't find a "req or resp" file.

The command prompt wouldn't recognize the path.

My problem is the lack of anything but a "Back" button which makes me think it's in the software.

It was known that that activation button is somehow connected to IE. Can you do a reset IE,Internet Explorer, and try again. Here a link on how to do the reset : https://support.microsoft.com/en-my/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings

Try it and report back here.
