Can I backup/export my Fences settings?

I'm getting ready to possibly reinstall my OS and of course, I'll lose all the software and I was wondering if there is a way to export and import your settings so I don't have to redo everything again but now that I think of it, it might not be possible because when I reinstall everything, the programs might just not be in the same location.

Although mind you, it would still be useful to know so that I could back my stuff up for use in this version in case I do NOT reinstall the OS and everything else.
