Stop the Welcome Screen for appearing when booting

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Could you take a screen capture on that "Welcome Screen". And we also need more information on your system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

Above "splash screen" actually has to be batted down twice every time that I boot.  Strange, huh?

Please make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. And install that version. Reboot and retest. Report back here.

Did exactly what you said.  Same Welcome screen comes up (once).  Maybe something loaded in MSConfig from a prior version?

Are you running Fences.exe as admin?

If so, dont.

If not, how many Fences entries do you have in startup?
