I think something was reloaded, or a server/service was rebooted?

Anyway, hit me for about 2 minutes here and is fine now..

mm, odd, I can download from the libraries through the WinCustomize browser. I wonder if it is because of the local library cache/update so all the pointers are static unless I update and hoze it up?
