No installation on a new PC

Hey, 

I've got a problem to activate my fences  account on my new PC, I've uninstall fences at the old PC and try to install it on the new within the same product key I've used at the first installation!     

But I've got always the error Massage that the product key is already activated on the old PC!

How can I use the same license again?
