I had to perform a system restore to get my files/folders back (along with Fences)

Can someone tell me why this is happening when I uninstall Fences in W10? Thanks in advance, Jeff

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Can can use Snapshot to restore your fences .
Next time to uninstall do a Purge https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
then reboot and reinstall form your Stradock account ,
Then go to Snapshot
